Bit-Pay was founded in May 2011 by two ambitious graduates of Georgia Tech. Our goal is to enable online merchants to accept bitcoins just as easily as they accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal.
This is a tall order considering where the bitcoin technology is today, relative to the others. But we are excited about bitcoins and we want to be a driving force behind its innovation and growth.
